I had some damn good sex while on vicodin, I took about four pills. I
do have one question though, because I was not able to ejaculate until
it wore off. Is this normal, or has anyone had a similar experience on
this or any substance? Any information would help. Since then
everything has worked perfectly.
SWIM has also had experiences with painkillers and sex. SWIM was on
oxycodone as opposed to hydrocodone. The experiences were great,
sensations were heightened suprisingly, the experience was longer, and
no trouble was had with climaxing for SWIM and SWIM's partner. Dosages
were around 10-20mg of oxycodone in the form of percocets.

Vicodin, as well as any opiate based medications can limit the ability to ejaculate or even the ability to get or maintain an erection. Of course as with everything, there are exceptions to the rule. Different people can have different side effects to medications.

Yeah, I have trouble getting it up while on painkillers. Never with
anything else I've done, though - so the first time I realized it it
was a real shock. I remember trying for almost an hour, until finally
giving up and showering.

Does anyone know the reason that this happens? The chemical reactions
in the brain or in the blood stream or anything like that. Also does
anyone know if this can lead to E.D. earlier or at all in life? Any
information would be greatly appreciated.

When I had my wisdom-teeth pulled and was taking vicadin for 3-4 days (I didn't have hardly any tolerance to it yet, unlike now*crys*) I remember 3 or 4 times where me and my girl were having sex and after a few mins I got some of the worst headaches I've ever had. I think it was cuz of the vicadin but I'm not sure cuz I've had sex on vicadin since then and been fine. My only guess is it had something to do with taking so much over such a long time (I was taking as many as I needed to get rid of the pain plus trying to take more to get a high whenever I could). Or maybe it was something not related to the vicadin at all. I dunno...

Particularly bowels (at least in SWIM's case). The sad thing is, they tend to keep the brain awake (again in SWIM's case) and cause problems falling asleep as well as staying asleep.Edited by: Nicaine

Yea, I get that stimulation thing too sometimes. Odd, considering opiates are narcotic.
Stay up all night when I thought I'd be getting sleepy and getting some
rest. Eventually get 2-3 hours sleep before going to work.
Then feel "drugged" almost all day, even though the actual buzz is gone.

i never have trouble getting and staying hard on opiates (unlike any kind of upper) but it nearly impossible to cum. which is tight cause it leaves room for her to get fucked good and cum a few times.
it does suck though because you get so damn frustrated, all you wanna do it bust you're load. i have managed it before but the orgasm wasn't as intense or enjoyable. this is probally because you already have so much dopamine floating around in your head.

the everlasting wood is a benefit for her. Actually, one can
train oneself to "cum" in the mind without the physical act of
ejaculation happening. As soon as one learns that trick, the next step
is to become multi-orgasmic in the mind. Sex is mostly in the
mind anyway, yes there is a physical part of it, but most of the
enjoyment of it is in the mind.
But on the higher mind-fuck doses with opeates, the ones where
sometimes you have to remember to breathe, the wood just ain't
happening for me.

I have the same problem of having a hard time ejaculating while on
Vicodin or other opiates. However, I have never had a problem
with getting an erection. Ofcourse, the times that I have taken
very high doses of opiates I haven't been in the mood to have sex
anyways. I also have the problem of falling to sleep while on
opiates. Usually my mind is filled with so many thoughts I
couldn't even begin to sleep. I end up tossing and turning all
night. On some rare occasions, if I begin to fall asleep as the
effects of the opiates start to wear off, I will sleep extremely well.
