I'm Giving Up Cocaine- bad experience

hello everyone, i would just liek to say a big thankyou for all the stuff that is on the forum, it has been a great help..





but... i have made the decision to stop cocaine, after a horrible evenign of using!


basically... i did about 14 lines of coke that i got from a new dealer... i was fine till about a n hour after snorting... i just broke down... i was actually crying my eyes out... and i upset a lot of my closest friends! and the comedown is bloody horrible... i feel liek dying!!!
~so i thankyou everyone ... and now i say goodbye to the coke!!

i had that same experience.. threw away an ounce.. then was calling my dealer for another ounce next week.. good luck though :)

I agree with dr ACE with the exercise. In addition if you aren't already take a multivitamin daily start They will help also help your body in many ways.

Good luck. Personally I thiink it is one of the hardest things to quit, but it is doable. If you get through a couple of weeks the cravings die down. If you know anyone else who has quit, talk to them. They might be able to help you out when you have urges.
