i have seen the movie i have also researched and printed and distributed the book itself so i ask if any one has heard of it and if they have what their oppinnion is about it. i know of many sites that are for the sole purpose is to keep updated tools for chaos and to keep the philosophy of anarchy alive. another question is do you think that theanarchist cookbook could be used as a tool for some nihilist and in doing so if it would lose its meaning as anarchist cookbook or ifit would just add to the ideas of it. one down fall from the book is that in the older copies thesupplies now days are highly guarded and require many application forms so it is a little harder to make some bombs but otherwise i support this book and its cause.......what do you think about it
I've read parts of it, the drug parts, not that interested in blowing stuff up. The stuff about drugs is pretty useless these days since it's highly inaccurate and we know of a lot more legal highs than is listed in it. I prefer other anarchist writers, like Max Stirner, Mikhail Bakunin, Kropotkin, etc. They are more philosophical than practical about it, though.
Liked the movie.
its art weither writing, painting, sculpture, etc. yes most of thr
features are outa date but hey I challenge you to write "The Anarchist
Bible" of this timehttp://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif I think it should be
looked upon as a work of art and work of fool proof anarchy of its day!
I mean shit we are always growing...ex. look at my before pic:

Is pretty much obsolete. All the stuff about hacking is from ages ago.
It doesn't have updated info on biochemistry or legal highs. It was a
good thing in its time.

a lot of it is bunk, either outdated, or inaccurate, or just plain stupid to try.

even though the origanal things in it are out dated but like i said
there are sites that keep all the things in it updated including the
hacking and many of the other easily out dated things so its not all
useless just the actually book itself but i do understand that its not
the best anarchist litertureEdited by: The_Great_Sage

I had a friend that got blacklisted by the government or something for
trying to download it on the internet. So I have been pretty intimidated to
look it up.
Also, I thought the movie sucked and could not even watch the whole
thing through which is extremely rare with me and movies.

I can appreciate that, but it's not what I wrote, I just wrote that the drug-recipes were useless and inacurate. I will agree that certainideas from both Bakunin and Kropotkin are out-dated, but that doesnt mean that all their ideas are out-dated. And why would the age of any book make it less relevant? The trick is to read a book from any era and be able to extract the ideas that are not tied to a specific time and place.
By the way, I'm not a woman, dude! I've ben paranoid about that nick sounding too feminine and you've just proved my fear was righthttp://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif. But feel free to PM me any anarchist writings you may want to share, it's a long time since I read even Stirner, more into Phillip K. Dick and alchemy nowadays.
