THA REAL SHIT=Promethazine VC/Codeine
Chemical Name: PHENYLEPHRINE (fen-ill-EF-rin),
PROMETHAZINE (proe-METH-a-zeen),
CODEINE (KOE-deen)
PHENYLEPHRINE - relieves stuffy nose by constricting blood vessels in the nasal air passages
PROMETHAZINE - anti-histaminic, sedative, anti-emetic (anti-nausea)
CODEINE - narcotic derivative with antitussive (anti-cough) properties
HOW TO MAKE YOURSELF = 10mg of promethazine to every 6.25mg of codeine per teaspoonfull.
EX:100 codeine pills, 30 promethazine pills, 246 Ml of your favorite cough syrup. Crush all the pills, throw them in the syrup, simmer on stove2-5 mins. Serve chilled, bump that screwed, and get ready to LEAN!!
OPTIONAL:milk magnesia (to avoid constipation), jolly rancher, alcohol

i am confused what this post is about. can someone please explain what
the point of making this syrup exactly is? maybe im just really
hungover and missed it... but can someoen try to elaborate this?
a drink the origionated in the "dirty south" that from what i have
heard tends to slow life down a bit, and make you lean. as you can tell
by the ingredients its a lot of pain pills and like chems mixed most
times with vodka ive heard that make you itch and high. there are
a million refrences in many rap songs! ex. sippn on sizzurp by 36mafia
and big moe has an album called purple world there are also records
that are released it has the same album content but played at half
speed for those "on the lean" this was origionated outta texas and the
first dj was dj screw this is why these type albums are called screwed
or sometimes dragged and chopped versions
PHENYLEPHRINE - isn't that the stuff they use to dialate your eye?
what are the affects of ingesting that?
PROMETHAZINE - used to enhance the codeine, prevent sickness, and the itches ? (just guessing)
i guess you could put a stronger opiate in that mix. but what's the point of phenylephrine?

I thought phenylephrine was the active ingredient in the product Promethazine, a prescription decongestant. A friend gave me some of these once and said they would fuck me up, well no, even mixed with alcohol they really didn't do anything except make me a little dizzy/lightheaded. Plus they make your skin sensitive to sun exposure, which is incredibly unhealthy.

2 oz of lean in a sprite and sip slow as you get used to it you can increase. be careful its strong and will bite yo ass. all it is is promethazine with codiene and can be fixed up many diff way if you wanna know the best ask a boy from houston TX thats where it all started
No offense but that sounds really gross. I want to hurl just thinking about drinking it. There are much better ways to get loaded. If you have access to codeine pills look into cold water extraction and take it from there. BTW hydrocodeine is much better. But hey whatever floats your boat is cool.

Cool recipe but it seems like you would be better off just taking the codiene pills. THe syrup might hold some sintimental value though just the fact that you would be sippin on that syzurup, sip sippin on some, sip sipping on dat syzurup! 36 mafia hehe right?
Lots of rappers do make many references to syrup though. DJ screw actually died from lean. He was a great dj though on of the pioneers of chop and screw.
you have lost your minds 2oz's oil, 20oz sprite remix, and some jolly ranchers and its like a potent punch with a punch. cold water extraction is great but how many gangstaz do you know crushing up pills putting in the freezer and draining? hahaha just cop some lean bump that screw and lean damnit
