well, there are some rumours that : If you take 2-3 or more tablets of Hypnostedon or other strong sleeping pills, you won't get calm but instead you will feel kinda stimulated and aroused? personally, i dont think so...

I don't know if it is dose related but if swim doesn't lie down she will get busy doing stuff for hours, then think they aren't working and take more and the next day her memory of the night is blurred. SWIM thinks it is when she fights it that the good buzz comes on. (Has been taking Zopiclone daily for 18 months.)
