well, is there any effort made so that drugs such as weed are legalised in more europe countries, and not just Netherlands? well, about the Netherlands legalisation, is it legal to get as much pot you want or there are restrictions ? what about growin' your own ?
there are many restrictions, you can only buy up to 5 grams of
marijuana at once, having 5 grams on you is fine cops should give this
back to you if they find it...
between 5 and 30 grams is illegal and will usually get you a fine... and they will take your stuff...
over 30 grams can theoretically get you put in jail i think but it very
much depends on the exact amount (30 grams or 30 kg's makes a big
difference) usually if its not too much over the 30 gram mark you wont
get into much trouble, you wont be a priority for prosecution and get
away "easy"
about growing your own, you can legally have 6 plants... im not
too sure about what happens if they would catch you with the proceeds
in your house which would usually be more than 30 grams i guess...
hopefully i got it all right... correct me if i'm wrong
