Note: at the end there's also a painkiller question, SWIH hopes SWIY don't mind that he did not open a new thread for this.

Hello friends,

so SWIH is prescribed on lorazepam due to heavy, stress-induced insomnia, and SWIH really likes lorazepam somehow, more so than diazepam. However, SWIH needed 4 mg from the beginning where he didn't have ANY tolerance to benzos.

so what would you recommend SWIH should ask his doctor for, e.g. which benzo? also, SWIH has regularly muscle pain due to fibromyalgosis, and takes a lot of ibuprofen (1 gram daily easily) and SWIH heard, that for example tramadol does not provide a heavy body load, only slight addiction and obstipation, but that ibuprofen can be very damaging to the kidney if taken over long period of times, but SWIH really fears a bit to ask his doctor openly for tramadol. note: SWIH's not asking how to get his doctor to prescribe him stuff to get high, but as a painkiller.

vicodin and stuff seems a bit too much for SWIH as the pain is not that strong (or SWIH has just accustomed to it over the years) but it's really bothering him especially at work. so how should SWIH ask for tramadole, as he thinks that this would be probably the best as it's a very low power opiate and as far as SWIH knows not a heavy load on the body.

thank you in advance.

Different benzodiazepines effect different people in different ways.Perhaps swiy could attempt to try xanax(alprazolam. It shouldn't be that hard for swiy to get his doctor to prescribe tramadol.Doctors aren't really that concerned with it and feel it has a lower abuse potential than most real opiates and usually will gladly hand it out to people.
