Well my heart goes out to you, speed consumes the ones we love. Theirs nothing you can do, let him know that he isnt the same person that he used to be, that you want him back. I dont know your relationship.
And then theirs the extreme call the cops on him. how old is he?
personal experience: my older brother was cooking the shit and I made him believe his place was getting raided and he threw out all his shit. But that doesnt stop him from buying it. I dont talk to him anymore, he developed a stealing habbit that has torn the family apart.

tell him what your feeling. How your worried and scared for him. offer him support if he wants to stop, but if he doesnt then i'm afraid theres really nothing you can do. The only choice you have is to just live your own life. Let him know you care for him but you wont watch him ruin his life. than go on with yours, and if he wants help offer your hand to him... everyone
