SWIM hates xanax but felt SWIM needed one, SWIM calmed down but is now in slow motion (swim hates this feeling) Is there anything SWIM can take (besides opiates or other hard drugs) To counter act the xanax and make it go away? Or should SWIM ride it out, which SWIM doesnt want to do. By the time SWIM gets an answer the drugs will probably have worn off, but for future referance it would be nice to know.

Well if they wore off why should it matter? Why would swiy do something he hates again in the future? Is swim missing something? Is swiy also on other drugs and used the xanax to mellow out?
Anyways xanax has a 6 hour half life, preaty short. So after 6 hours the effects will lessen dramatically. Swim would not take anything to counter act xanax cause then swiy will have the antithesis of the xanax buzz after its short half life wears off. Unless swiy wants that.
SWId concurs with SWIwellhelm. SWIdr suggests SWIY ask his doc for a different benzo like: Ativan (Lorazepam), Valium (Diazepam), Klonopin (Clonazepam). Some of these benzos are longer acting but have less effects than Xanax (Alprazolam). Also a beta-blocker might help SWIY with his anxiety. As for counter-acting SWIY's xanax, a CNS stimulant like caffiene or ephedrine should help him with the situation. Combining opiates and other CNS depressants would only add to xanax's effects, so that would not be a good counteractive class of drugs.
