swim was wondering if anyone has heard the term anicans... its a lyric from a d12 song called "these drugs" (great song covers lots of drugs)

this is the lyric

"These Benadryls got me stiffer than a mannequin

Any ideas?

I think it's pronounced "an ass in" and I think it's a mix of aspirin and caffeine?? Or some sort of anti-inflammatory drug.
