Codeine CWE - Dosages and risks.

Hi all.

Swim just got these codeine and paracetamol pills ( each pills contains CODEINE PHOSPHATE 30 mg - PARACETAMOL 500 mg )

Assuming that he wants to try the CWE, and that he has no tolerance to opiates, how many pills should he convert with CWE?

And also assuming CWE isnt working, is it dangerous to eat all that paracetamol? what is the paracetamol lethal dosage?

SWIM would recommend taking it at it's recommended dose first to be sure SWIY doesn't have an allergy to codeine. For recreational purposes (with minimal tolerance) SWIM would use 150-200mg although it may be best to try it at a slightly lower dose first (maybe around 100mg).

Taking a higher than recommended dose of paracetomol can be very dangerous and can cause liver damage and possibly death. It should never be taken at dosages of more than 1g every 4 hours. The CWE will work, assuming SWIY follows the directions carefully.

Paracetomol is toxic at anything above 4g in 24 hours (= 8 of the tablets you have. Lethal dose is variable, but it really is not advisable to go over the maximum recommended dose with this stuff - death can be very slow & painful. Run a search on paracetomol & acetominophen (US name for paracetomol - the dangers have been covered many times here.).

A Certain Mouse tells me that 30 mg should be enough for a complete new starter - SWiYou should get some idea of what it's going to do without too much sedation. A Certain Mouse tells me that 30 mg gives him a fluffy, but sociable buzz - chatty, relaxed, mild euphoria. There'll be some that say 30 does nothing, but with no tolerance or experience it's always good to start small, & then work up.

Be careful though - they're really nice

Swim just smashed 5 tablets and he's gonna try the CWE with them.

This means about: CODEINE 150 mg and 2.5 g PARACETAMOL if CWE is not working.

Lets hope Swim is not eating too much PRCTML

Well, the paracetomol won't hurt you so long as SWiYou haven't taken, or don't take, any more than 1.5g in the 24 hours before or after. I'd definitely recommend a lower starting dose for the codiene though. And please do a search on paracetomol.

SWIM gonna drink only half of the magic potion, and if he doesnt feel any magical effect, hes gonna drink also hte rest of the thing.

Man, SWIMs so scared about that paracetomol.

Does anyone knows for how much time the thing should stay in the frezeer?

I could find nothing about this.

Don't be - the amount SWiYou're proposing to take should be safe, & if SWiYou do the cwe it shouldn't be a problem at all. Going into any new experience scared is not a good place to start. Just remember that SWiYou have done everything they can to cut down on risk, relax, & have a good time. Don't try to operate heavy machinery, or do anything that needs too much effort (like walking for example, or dealing with elderly relatives), & you'll be fine. As for the time left to settle, I confess I don't know!

75 mg sounds a bit more sensible, although, as Abrad wisely said it may be better to start with the lowest possible dose to make sure there are no nasty reactions.

SWim just done the CWE without the coffee filter cone, using just a wet cloth.

He now has a water solution.

Assuming he crushed only 5 pills (2.5 g of paracetomol ) do you think it is a good idea to drink the stuff?

what damage could SWIM run thru?

also a lot of the first solution (crushed tablets + water ) went lost while doing the CWE.

Again SWIM is going to recommend that SWIY and GF take a low dose. Some people are allergic to codeine. Try 30-60mg. With no tolerance this should be quite pleasant. BTW smoking some weed while on codeine is highly recommended.

SWIM tried the PARACODINA (that contains dihydrocodeine) several times, and he didnt get any effects at any dosage. SO actually i think codeine is not working to him, hes more scared about the paracetomol.

has swistavrogin ever used other opiates? it may be that swis doesnt know what effects to look for if he is opiate naive. swim's lab rat reported no effects from hydrocodone the first couple times he used it, but in actuality the lab rat wasnt sure what he was "supposed" to be feeling. expectation can be playing a role here, if that makes sense. it was only after a few opiate trials that the rat experienced the classic opiate buzz.

SWIM had the same problem the first 3 times he tried codeine...but after a couple of times you'll enjoy it a lot!

if you have NO tolerance to opiates don't even bother with a CWE....just eat 4 of them
