I think acetaminophen is wreaking havoc on my stomach...looks like I've got an ulcer from drinking and taking it.

acetaminophen is bad for your liver, moreso if you've been drinking.

Nyquil and hard liquor can't be too easy on your stomach. My mom gave me melatoninm once and told me it was a sleeping pill. I slept so dreamily and peacefully. That stuff is good with a few beers on its own. May I ask how long you stay awake after partaking in this combo? Seems like it would be good if you wanted to fall asleep right away...But I don't know what the other two drugs do, what do they do?
