Codeine and DXM

SWIM has been experimenting with codeine lately and today got the strongest effects so far from 150mg's which he has done that dose before. He seems to have a feeling in his head he only has ever gotten before from dxm. Since dxm is derived from morphine it seems logical that this is possible, hes not saying they are they same high by any means but there is definatly some connection here. Does anybody else get this feeling?

It wasnt so much during the high itself, more like as it was wearing off just a zombie like feeling that reminds him of dxm.

Hmm SWIM has DXM and dihydocodeine. What would be a good starting dose for him. He usually takes up to 300mg of dihydro's to get a nice buzz. SWIM has 150mg's of DXM but has never done DXM before. Anyone got any suggestions for SWIM?
