What is considered to be the best benzoo?
Ive tried Xanax, Clonazepam, and Lorazepam before. Ive had the best experience with lorazepam.
Lorazepam: Probably the strongest. I never really liked them though, but allot of people would disagree, and I guess you're one of them. They are only the best in the sense they knock you out without you knowing what the hell happened. You don't feel em coming and you are most likely more effected than you think. If you take allot of them you will end up doing very stupid things.
Flunitrazepam (rohypnol): THE KING!!! This gives you the most pleasant effects. At least thatīs my experience. Similar to Xanax (i.e wide awake, but relaxed), but much stronger. You feel em in every muscle of your body and your head feels like its wrapped up in cotton.
Clonazepam: I consider them crap, but at least the half life is good.
Alprazolam (xanax): Pleasant buzz, but not very strong.
Diazepam (valium): A totally decent, long lasting, drowsy buzz.
Oxazepam: Crap. You feel cheated every time.
Nitrazepam: Only tried these a couple of times. Not at all similar to Flunitrazepam. Strong, but doesn't give you "that feeling".
Zopiklon: A benzo-derivative with a half life of only 7-8 hours. Common sleeping agent. Nothing to get to excited about.

Xanax doesnt seem to good.Before school I took 6 and didnt get much of a high then when I got back from school I took 8 or 9 moreand still didnt get much effect. Mabye they were just low does pills.<img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley6.gif">

The white ones are .25mgs, the pink are .5 and the blue " the best" are 1 mg. Be very careful these are very strong and addictive. Start out with 2 mgs. and I would do them when you can stay at home or in one place. Be safe.............................................. .................................................. .....Also avoid any alcohol when takeing the drugs.

I don't know if it falls under one of those broad categories listed above... but my personal favorite has to be Temazepam, or Restoril. I have a legitimate medicalneed for it, but that doesn't make the bottle last much longer...
Be warned, if you don't already know, long-term use of benzos can lead to permanent memory damage.
Don't want to spoil the fun guys, but you need to be careful with benzo's. Take them regularly and they screw up your central nervious system and cause brain damage. They are very addictive and the withdrawl is nasty... sometimes fatal... mix them with alcohol or other downers and you just might get so relaxed you stop breathing... Reallyit happens...

The best benzo is Temazepam(Restoril)! One time i took two 15mg capsules...and wow what a feeling. it was better than valium and xanax!!

the only benzo's I have done is xanax and valium. They are pretty cool but i prefer opiates, something that would produce euphoria and sedation instead of just sedation. Peace

Xanax Queen here. Yellow are .25 footballs,peach are .50 footballs,blue are 1mg footballs. There are 2mg round whitetabs, and 2mg white bars.
There are alot of people that make "knockoffs". If you run across large quantities, more than likely they are these knockoff homemade pills. I ran across these a couple years back, and they too did nothing for me, other than waste my money. When you get pharm grade xanax, you will know it.
The only way that pharm grade will not affect you is when your tolerance is built up from eating too many meds for long periods of time.
I have to take xanax. I detox once every six months for a month so my tolerance level drops.
Cant beat that euphoric buzz!

Being BiPolar since myteens, I know all about the effects ect. Unfortunately, this is a drug that I must take daily. I am predominately manic, and xanax is the only thing that gives me a semblance of normalcy. Without it, I am like the energizer bunny in the tenth power, lol. Detox is an evil necessity for me every six months or so, as my tolerance builds. I am used to it, however, it is a bitch.

the yellow bars are brand name xanax and are slightly more potent than the off brand white bars.
I love xanaxies ... doc only will give me .25 mgs but they are my friends !! <img border="0" src= "smileys/smiley1.gif">

I am an addict to benzo's, and I don't know what I will ever do about it...because of the circumstances that caused the addiction.... but on a lighter note....2 mg bars are the best ( if you need to come down from somethng or just want a good buzz....) I used to believe in the qoute that I have at the bottom of my response, now I don't believe in anything....

Xanax is my favorite benzo. I usualy eat around 3-5mg. I get the blue 1mg pills.
XANAX is good during the days or at partys where i feel bad social anxiety .. my new favorite benzo is PHENAZEPAM, its a good nitetime benzo. Way stronger than xanax and has a long half life .. i like them at night when im at the house and dont have to go anywheres .. cause these kick your ass

I personally like xanax and serax. I just recently got some librium and don't like the fact that even if I take it in the afternoon, I still wake up groggy. Serax is my favorite, when taken in high doses. It's slow release but you can chew them plus has a short half-life so you don't wake up groggy. Any other opinions on librium?

I just got remeron today and will be delivered here from my pharmacy today ..My doctor just called it in and not sure what mg he gave me yet but when I get them I will know...Does anyone know if this one works better than ambien..see when I took ambien I see hullinations and everything moves and gives a small buzz but I normally have to take two to sleep so what I do is two weeks on Ambien then the nest two weeks of mth I take Ativan 1mg ..I take 4 at a time at night
Can anyone tell me what kind of buzz feelings you get from remeron and what kinda side effects did you get and how many mg do you guys take to get the small buzz..the reason he gave me restoril is because I have a nerve problem and when Im stressed out I dont eat good so he said this medication will give you an appetite to it...and said take it at bedtime and ask if I could take it with an ambien he said it would be ok ..I take 10 mg of Ambien...but if remeron works on its own for sleep then he will take the ambien away but ambien has always been the best to help me sleep and like the small buzz I get before falling asleep
will remeron do the same as ambien and give you that buuzz..please if anyone is on this let me know what it does for ya and the possible side effects most have with it
I also take Loracet for a back injury I had and take 10/650..i take it 4 times a day as needed and it does great for my pain and plus with the caffiene in it I get very hyper and alot of energy so to me it works like a depression pill for me to feel good and I see nothing wrong with feeling good and have energy..before I took Loracet and Ativan and Ambien all i did was cry all the time..sleep the whole day away and didnt have no energy.but when they put me on loracet for my back where i injured my spine in a car accident it gave me some energy and help me out when Im out in public so I dont see it as being drug up or being a druggy..I see it as it helps my back and gives me energy and not just lay around house and do nothing then Im not wasting my life
just let me know everyone thoughts on remeron and if it gives u a nice or buzz or what it does and how fast does it start working and if theres a good feeling and what is the best dose to take to get a good feeling but not to hang over next day feeling so drosey..Ive never heard of this medicine till my dr call today and said take it to help me gain weight..I weigh only 100lbs and I used to weigh 130 but had a hard summer and stressful and I have a 2 yr old with Autism I take care of so it takes everything I got

jeyez you must member tho everyone bodies different...so one person may get a stronger feeling with one certain kind and another person may not get any effect from it but stronger effect on one that the other person felt nothing by it..so everyones body is different
Remeron Is an anti-depressant that is oftem used as a sleep aid. I just got off of it. It worked great for awhile, but a lot weaker than ambien or sonata.

anyone saying that xanax does nothing either you have been ripped off didn't take enough or you are just bullshitting. i don't see how valium could get you high, but xanax doesn't, even if you have a extreme tolerance. am i missing something?

are some rare gems out there. Bromazepam is pretty damned
good. Brotizolam is supposed to be excellent but for my money
prazepam is the most relaxing. It is, in effect, diazepam which
has an N-cycloprpyl methyl group rather than a plain methyl
group. Result, no N-demethylation so that initial diazepam high
goes on and on rather than drooping into a vague downerish
feeling...

Hi, SWIM is a huge benzodiazepine fan and was hoping to seek out other benzo fan's as well!
While every benzodiazepine SWIM has tried SWIM has enjoyed, SWIM couldn't just pick one to be her favorite.SWIM likes Alprazolam for it's strong sedative activy and it's intense relaxtion ability and Clonazepam fori t's gratifying relaxtion ability, SWIM enjoy's all benzo's she can get her hands on!
Now my question for you is, What is your favorite benzodiazepine, and why?

SWIM doesn't use benzos too often but SWIM loves the escape fromhis obsessive thoughts. He is able to just relax both mentally and physically and not worry about shit. SWIM also like the nice little tingle he gets from Xanax and a beer or 2.

thanks for replying. SWIM enjoy's alprazolam alot too, but has never tried with with alcohol. SWIM hopes to get the chance too soon. SWIM imagine's it would be a nice euphoric feeling!
You can't get a euphoric feeling of benzo's IMO.

ofcourse you can get a euphoric feelings from benzodiazepines, when I say "euphoric", i mean a warm intense feeling that is good. I use the word 'euphoric' to explain a good feeling you can receive from drugs, i think that's how it should be used, but ofcourse, that's just me.
Opiates are wonderful, and fun to learn about!

swim would choose clonzapem, they taste good sublingually!! and swim finds them the most relaxing of all the benzos.
next swim would choose lorazepam, i know this is unusual but lorazepam hits swim way harder per mg than azprazolam.
next alprazolam idk, is it possible to have a tolerance to one benzo without a cross tolereance? cuz these just dont hit swim the way they do everyone else, and he has had access to them for a vvverrrry long time whereas the other benzos have become availablemore recently.
temazepam did nothing but put swim to sleep..

diazapam doesnt do anything to me. Ive taken more than 600 mg at once (baby blues). xanax hits me like a hammer. I usually use between 3 and 25 mg daily. Im prescribed though. an unusual amount for an unusual disorder. Im supposed to take 12 mg a day daily. one mg every hour during the day, starting two hours after I wake and stopping usually about 3 before I go to bed.

600mg of diazpam, i think 20-40mg is enough (im always stoned and tipsy at night when i relax with diazepam) and when you are it hits a fair bit more,
Mines diazepam, very well with a few spliffs and beers nice way to end the day

I prefer around 12mg or so of xanax. i have a high tolerance to it now tho, i used to take 3mg and get knocked on my ass. The only beef i have with it is the memory issues, i never remember nething.

I would say xanax is my favorite .The only problem is the fast tolerence I get after 1 or 2 days of it. The good old American Roche valium on an empty stomach and eat after 30 min. (at least 40mg.) can give a good bang.
How much to take for the first time?
I have 2x5 mg., also I have 1x10mg. Prazepam..

SWIM defiantly agree's with Jduba! Temazepam is a benzo that SWIM got to try a while back. It was by freak accident that she even got the pill. First of all SWIM thought it was just Trazadone, but no no, SWIM's friend looked it up and it was Temazepam! SWIM's bestfriend recently just got prescribed to Temazepam for insomina. SWIM and the friend used the temapaze for recreational uses and it was amazing! What a sediative that benzo is! SWIM thinks it's one of the best benzo's out there!

Swim had some amazing fun when he was abit younger. Mixing temazepam alcohol and weed made for a nice mix. He really enjoyes that mix. he likes valium but hasnt ever really had enough of it. Had some valium, xanax and another pill mixed with a beer and a smoke was pretty much a zombie but he must have been the happiest zombie ever.

i think klonopin blows xanax out of the water - not many people feel the same but thats just me
ISO, klonopin is the LEAST recreational benzo (SWIM's opinion only) and Xanax the most, at least insofar as what SWIM has tried. Higher doses of Xanax are like alcohol - minus all the negatives.
The addictive potential is terrible tho... SWIM would not recommend anyone use X (or any benzo) for the sake of recreation. He was addicted to Xanax back in the late 80s, & hospitalized in-patient to get off it... unless someone wants to go thru something similar, stay away from it...
Klonopin is a good choice,SWIY could have a few beers or wine and not fall down,pass out,or wind up in ER.Some people swear by ativan but ISO ,its to weak.If SWIY went with halcion(triazolam),or Dormicum/Flormidal(oral midazolam) and had a few drinks they would get snowed.
Xanax is probably the most dangerous. But all benzos with a few beers will get you fucked up. Its all a matter of opinion/body chemistry. First time SWIM took kpins he felt drunk/high/great. Valium with its long half life is probably the worst.

SWIM has used benzos for their intended use for several years and is fully familiar with the effects of Xanax, Valium, Ativan and Klonopin. He considers Xanax an "ally" from which he derives much benefit and treats with respect for its potential for dependance. I completely fail to see the "recreational" value to them - beyond, to paraphrase your post, "getting fucked up." Maybe people who are really uptight think they are "fun" because they can be relaxing and disinhibiting? From the trip reports I often read, it seems that it is only a short walk from "disinhibiting" to "breaking all my friend's windows, waking up not even remembering how I got home or what happened, with cuts all over my hands." I'm not making that up!
When I consider the hell that SWIM went through when he tapered off of regular use of Xanax, I really worry about people going through that unpleasant as well as dangerous experience for such a lame "high." Not preaching, just giving my opinion.

SWIM fancies xanax & cannabis together. SWIM would never mix any benzo with alcohol -- TOO RISKY.
SWIM has been on Xanax for 7 years 4mg/day.There have been sevreal times, at least 4.In which due to moving,or financial issuses,have had to go 25-40 days without any.SWIM has never experienced any of these so called "nightmare on elm street" withdrawl effects.Or has become like the people waiting in line for methadone.SWIM opinion is that is way overated,and probly passed down by some "sky is the limit pill users".
Swim has had the most experience with xanax - over 10 years. All from obtained from swim's doc.
Swim never used it to get fucked up because beyond a certain dose it would just make swim tired. Swim has found that it is VERY good a ridding one's self of hangovers. Swim has taken it and drank beer enjoyed it - not getting blasted but just feeling good. Swim also took it with percodan - which was unplanned. The pain of a gout attack was just too much not to take the percodan. Swim found that xanax lengthed the effects of the opiate by several hours.
Generally, unresearched combinations are dangerous. In Swim's case, Swim was just lucky and don't want to push it so no more combinations.
If swiy, uses it for awhile, you will have to taper off. Tapering works pretty well but you have to have a supply and that can be a problem. Swim mean's you us up all you xanax and can't get more - you may be in for rather painful experience. Swim once ran out and went through 2 rather Hellish days that swimwould NEVER want to repeat.
FYI, the highest dose swim ever took was 6mg.
Swim tapered off with doc's help and no problems.
Obviously, the above ramble is only swim's opinion - YMMV

in my expirience, some people dont think much of benzo in general as a great high when being around people, some people think there ok once in a while, and others take it the first time and expirience bliss like effects and love it and constantly chase the first high and eventually leading to heavy dependance, like swim and very many aquaintences who afters even being off for extended period of time still crave it like air(these observation i get from my own life and knowing the amount of close people who were heavy users like swim that go into rehab some like every 4 months because of deep relapses cuz the craving just never stops). out of hundreads i know of most fall into the ok high range. so yes when you speak of addiction and horrible withdrawls(that are believe it or not undescribable bad) that is 100% the scary truth for the people whos use of benzos turns into obsessions. didnt mean to seem over dramatic but when people dont believe that this shit can causes hell

In general it seems that the short(est) acting benzo's are the most recreational, SWIM doesn't really get any euphoria from benzo's, but the ones that are probaply most favorable in his opinion/experience were Dormicum(midazolam) Rohypnol(flunitrazepam) and Halcion(triazolam).
I does depend on the person though, some people prefer hypnotics over anxiolytics(like SWIM) and some the other way round.
For swim he would have to admit... Nitrazepam! it is weaker, but 20 or so of those 5mg tabs and some beer really gets swim, but in a sedated, slurring, fun kinda way.
swim is so less likely to end up in the cells or hospital with those than all the other benzo's i've used.
Valium for example, make swim very violent towards other people.. clonazepam makes swim self harm(!), xanax is nice too but swim doesnt get the same rush as swim does with nitrazepam - very quick onset.. 3 - 4 minutes in swim's estimation...
