Hiccups? from Xanax (Alprazolam) or Valium (Diazepam)?
Does anyone know if benzos cause stubborn hiccups or has anyone had
this happen? Its been Almost two days now since SWIM took some alprazolam(xanax) with beer and the hiccups it seamingly caused still won't go away. Hiccup!!! Damn!

Yes, at low tolerance levels. But not as bad as you describe. Benzos can induce hiccups IME. I think skipping the beer(s) would help, tho affecting the desired result, probly. Perro

It happens to me all the time . Been going on for 30 years and counting.I never had them last that long though. I hyperventilate and chug a pint of water to cure them. Hold your breath for a count of 10 before chugging . I know it sounds weird but it works for me.
